Return and Refund Policy

Deposit Refund Policy: 

We require a 25% deposit for all parties. In case of bad weather, this deposit is fully refundable, as well as if you decide to reschedule or cancel your party and give us at least two weeks' notice. However, cancellation of the party without reason of weather, and proper notice (two weeks), will result in the deposit being kept by Party Ponies.
